SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY SHIPPING
Organic Restorative Suds can ship to virtually any address in the mainland United States. For online orders, local customers (within Ingham County, MI) may choose to pick-up from the Holt Farmer’s Market or arrange with us for pickup outside the market in mutually agreed location at no charge. We ship via United States Postal Service. For orders $80 or less, shipping rate is directly tied to our actual incurred cost as detailed by item. Total orders of $85 or more from customers within the continental United States will be shipped free of charge.
Your satisfaction is our top priority, so we will do what it takes to ensure your happiness with every purchase! Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we are not allowed to accept physical returns. However, we will offer a replacement item or offer store credit on regularly priced items. Purchase of special prices or on sale items are final. In the event that we are unable to source items to fulfil a customer’s order – we will issue a refund. Where applicable, customer requests for store credit or replacement must be made within 15 days of receiving your order.

Kindly note that due to the handmade organic nature of our products, please be aware that fidelity of any product is to the ingredients listed and that images, texture and sometimes perceived fragrance may be unique by definition (e.g. swirl designs) or vary by batch and factors beyond our control.
Purchase of our products is made by our customers with express understanding that we strive to come as close as possible to images displayed BUT we do not guarantee product exactness in all dimensions.
