Shipping Policy

At Organic Restorative Suds, we formulate products in small bathes and often tailored to specific needs of our customers, Please allow 2 business days for formulating orders, and an additional 2 – 4 business days for delivery within the USA. Due to wait time for drying and unmolding, tailored soap orders will require additional time. Notification for shipping/tracking will be sent via email once your order is processed and ready for shipment.

At this time, we are only able to ship within Continental United States.  

​We ship via USPS Priority Mail. Our formulation philosophy, a business card and a thank you note is included in every order. We ship to the address provided by customers.  Organic Restorative Suds is not responsible for shipment to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges

We sincerely hope that you’ll love our Organic Restorative Skincare products.  We go to great lengths to assure each order gets personalized attention.  Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. While we believe completely in the quality of our products, we are unable to resell items that have left our store. For this reason, all sales are final. If you are in debate about which product to order, please contact us prior to placing an order. Though we do our best to ensure top quality packaging for the safest delivery, we do understand that unforeseen situations are sometimes inevitable.  If you’ve received damaged product, we will gladly replace at no cost once verified. Please send your notification within 3 days of delivery to [email protected].  Sadly, no returns or refunds will be processed past 3 days after delivery confirmation.

Availability

Due to our desire to provide customers with top quality products, most products are made fresh and in small batches. This process keeps inventory low.  Because we formulate in small quantities,  you can be sure your purchase has not been setting in a warehouse waiting to be shipped. Your orders will be freshly made to order.

Special Orders

Do you have a particular skin concern? We would be happy to customize the skin care product(s) of your choice with the blend of essential oils, herbs and oils best suited for your particular needs. Please understand that customizing particular products may mean a variation of price per the blend of oils required for your skin concern.

Payment

​We accept cash or credit cards. Our payment system is processed through reliable third party companies such as Square or Paypal.

We respect your privacy and will not share your information with anyone. Personal information is collected exclusively to complete secure transactions, ship products, and to provide quality customer service.
